IORA syrup is a great vintage of Canadian maple. Our production capacity allows us to market our syrup directly. It is important to understand that Canadian maple syrup production is made up of many small and medium-sized producers who, because of the lack of a direct market, sell their products to manufacturers who then process them into a standardized product.

IORA proposes a maple syrup from a producer without intermediaries and without compromising on quality, in full respect of the Canadian maple syrup tradition. We offer 3 grades of syrup to reflect the different flavours and colours of maple syrup as it evolves with the spring harvest.
